Kirsten was great to deal with. I wanted to buy several of the little personalized elves for stocking stuffers. She sent me back the names I wanted so I could proofread them , then sent me photos as they were being done so I could approve the final product. It was always easy to reach Kirsten and she always responded promptly. The elves were exactly as pictured, and I believe her pricing was very fair. I would be happy to recommend her to friends
